Our team includes five well regarded family lawyers of considerable experience. They are each qualified barristers and solicitors whom may appear in any Western Australian and Federal Courts ranging from the Magistrates Courts and the Family Court of Western Australia to the Federal Magistrates Court and the Family Court of Australia, as well as their respective courts of appeal, including the High Court of Australia. Our team of family lawyers are ably assisted by skilled and committed paralegal, secretarial and administrative staff. We are equipped with extensive resources, the latest technology and a well developed network of related services to whom we may refer clients for ancillary matters.

Unlike most family law firms in Western Australia we are able to provide highly experienced In-House Counsel, which ultimately serves to reduce the legal costs incurred by our clients should matters require litigation, including expert representation for violence restraining order matters.

In addition to the advice and representation of our own clients, Klimek & Co Family Lawyers is the Pro Bono Partner of the Northern Suburbs Community Legal Centre, to which we commit unpaid time on a weekly basis to provide advice and assistance to their clients with family law matters.
