Richard Klimek LL.B Director
Richard is a graduate of the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws.
Prior to founding Klimek & Co Family Lawyers on 1 July 2005, Richard first practised at the Legal Aid Commission of Western Australia, then in the family law department of a medium-sized multi-disciplinary law firm. He has practised exclusively in family law and restraining order matters for the duration of his legal career.

John Cope BA (Hons), Dip Law Director
John is a graduate of Leeds Metropolitan University (UK) with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours). John then attended the College of Law in York (UK) and attained a Diploma in Law before attending the Inns of Court School of Law in London where he passed the Bar Exams.
John was admitted as Barrister in 1997 and practised at the Bar in London, Cardiff as well as many other provincial cities.

Rishi Wijay LL.B, B.Com Senior Associate
Prior to joining Klimek & Co Family Lawyers, Rishi practised Family Law and Estate matters in a busy suburban practice, then in the Community Legal Centre industry where he assisted numerous clients through community legal centres in Perth, Joondalup, Midland and Armadale.
He has practised in family law for the duration of his legal career, as well as testamentary and restraining orders matters.

Nicholas Cooper LL.B Associate
Originally hailing from Gladstone in Queensland, Nick graduated from James Cook University in Townsville in 2003 after completion of his Bachelor of Laws. Following graduation he worked with a firm in the Cairns CBD, practising exclusively in family law. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in April 2005 and to the High Court of Australia in May 2005.
Between 2006 and 2008 Nick pursued his passion for travel, travelling the globe and enjoying working holidays in both Canada and Denmark.

Tamara Arapovic LL.B, BA (ComSt) Associate
Prior to joining Klimek & Co Family Lawyers, Tamara worked for 4 years at a suburban law firm where she gained experience in family law, commercial law and estate planning matters.
Tamara graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2010 having completed her combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Communication Studies) degrees with a major in Political Science.
