Richard Klimek LL.B

Prior to founding Klimek & Co Barristers and Solicitors on 1 July 2005, Richard has practised family law in private practice and at the Legal Aid Commission of Western Australia.
Richard has considerable experience as an advocate and litigator. He has acted as counsel in numerous trials in the Family Court of Western Australia, ranging from uncomplicated matters that have taken up to one day through to highly complicated property and child related matters that have taken weeks. He has also acted as counsel in dozens of trials in the various Magistrates Courts in Western Australia for restraining order matters.

Marty routinely acts as counsel in the Family Court of Western Australia in Family law matters and the various Magistrates Courts for Restraining Order matters and the Perth Children’s Court. Marty’s litigation experience ranges from once-off court appearances to trials and complex financial and property matters.

Prior to working at Klimek & Co. Craig was employed at other city law firms where he practised in Family Law, Commercial Law and Estate Planning matters.
Craig currently deals with marriage and de facto relationships cases involving children’s issues, property settlements, superannuation and divorce.

Jeff Hewitt LL.B

Jeff completed his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Western Australia, and was admitted in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in October 2003.
Since that time he has practised primarily in family law, taking instructions in respect of property settlement (including de facto and same sex matters), children's issues, binding financial agreements, spousal maintenance, and restraining orders. He has acted as counsel at numerous trials in the Magistrates Court and Family Court of Western Australia, and also appeared in the Supreme Court and District Court.

Prior to joining Klimek & Co Barristers and Solicitors, Rishi practised family law and estate matters in private practice and within the Community Legal Centre industry.
Rishi has had considerable exposure to a wide range of family law issues. After completing his articles in a busy suburban practice, he assisted numerous clients through community legal centres in Perth, Joondalup, Midland and Armadale.
