Marty routinely acts as counsel in the Family Court of Western Australia in Family law matters and the various Magistrates Courts for Restraining Order matters and the Perth Children's Court. Marty's litigation experience ranges from once-off court appearances to trials and complex financial and property matters.
Apart from his day to day practice in all areas of Family Law including Children's matters, Property Settlement; Spousal Maintenance and Child Maintenance Marty has a particular interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Child Abduction, Interstate and International Child Relocation De Facto Relationships, Surrogacy; Power of Attorney and Same-Sex Family Law. |
