Prior to working at Klimek & Co. Craig was employed at other city law firms where he practised in Family Law, Commercial Law and Estate Planning matters.
Craig currently deals with marriage and de facto relationships cases involving children's issues, property settlements, superannuation and divorce.
Craig has extensive experience in all areas of Family Law and has acted in many matters, including property settlement, financial agreements, spousal maintenance and child support. He regularly acts for client's whose matters involve complex financial issues and structures such as partnerships, family trusts, unit trusts, trading companies, self-managed superannuation funds and businesses.
Craig is a qualified Independent Children's Lawyer and has extensive experience in child related matters including cases involving relocation, abduction, recovery orders and child abuse. |
