Prior to joining Klimek & Co Barristers and Solicitors, Rishi practised family law and estate matters in private practice and within the Community Legal Centre industry.
Rishi has had considerable exposure to a wide range of family law issues. After completing his articles in a busy suburban practice, he assisted numerous clients through community legal centres in Perth, Joondalup, Midland and Armadale.
Rishi has extensive experience in financial matters including property settlement, financial agreements and spousal maintenance. He frequently acts for client's whose matters involve complex financial issues and in child related matters including cases involving relocation, recovery orders and child abuse. Rishi also acts for clients in relation to violence and misconduct restraining orders in the Magistrates Court. |
